Stephen Forde BSc MRICS
Stephen Forde, originally from the Exeter area, has practiced as a Chartered Building Surveyor since 1992. Stephen has experience of both commercial and residential building surveying including Contract Administration, Dilapidations advice and carrying out all types of building surveys.  He provides expert property advice to the motor trade throughout the United Kingdom and has a passion for conservation work and historic building projects.

 

David George BSc (Hons) Dip Arch Cons MRICS
David George has been a Chartered Building Surveyor since 1991.  With experience in both the commercial  and residential sectors and of building types ranging from castles to shopping centres he has more recently  focused his attentions on licensed and hotel premises, country houses and on providing Landlord, Tenant and Expert Witness services.
