Stephen Forde, originally from the Exeter area, has practiced as a Chartered Building Surveyor since 1992. Stephen’s career focuses on both the commercial and residential aspects of building surveying including Contract Administration, Dilapidations advice and pre-acquisition surveys. He provides expert property advice to the motor trade throughout the United Kingdom and has a passion for dealing with larger historic country property.
David George has been a Chartered Building Surveyor since 1991. David's professional career has focused upon the commercial sector, in particular pre-acquisition surveys of premises ranging from Castles to Shopping Centres and more recently has focused his attentions upon licensed and hotel premises, country houses, and the Landlord and Tenant and Expert Witness roles.
